Line deboning and trimming HD of horizontal design is intended for dividing quarters of cattle into cuts, deboning, trimming and sorting by meat grades. The line is a system of conveyors located on several levels with a set of tables on both sides of the conveyors, which serve as workplaces for staff.
We produce deboning and trimming conveyors, fully equipped depending on your needs, and
we also develop individual pieces of equipment:
- straight and rotary meat deboning conveyors, horizontal, with an angle of inclination, vertical, which allows you to organize meat transport flows through the workshop of any complexity;
- boning tables can have different configurations: metal or polyamide table top, island type or with sides along the edges, with drains, tables equipped with cells and shelves for boxes;
- carts, containers, bathtubs, hangers for various purposes;
- service platforms of various sizes and configurations.
